The Timekeeper's Daughter is about a young girl name Mala, who is trying to save her family. With her family's life on the line and not exactly sure what to do, Mala decides to take matters into her own hands. Unsure as to whether the decision she is making is the right decision, she feels she needs to do something, or her world will fall apart.
I loved this short story for the amazing creativity Christina put into it. I was beautifully written and had a wonderful fairy tale twist to it, with a certain darkness.
This is the first book I have read by Christina and I am absolutely looking forward to reading more!
